“Had an initial consultation RMT appointment with David Twomey and was so impressed by the level of care I received. David was super thorough in the assessment to try and get to the root of the chronic neck pain I've been experiencing the past year. Would definitely recommend anyone with a sports-related injury or chronic pain to book in with David!”Read moreShow less

“I had been dealing with my shoulder injury for a long time and honestly hadn’t felt this good in years. Since working with Karina, my shoulder pain is gone, and I’m no longer dealing with the discomfort I used to have. Karina was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout my recovery. She took the time to understand my goals, explain everything clearly, and helped me get back to running and the gym with confidence. I’m very grateful for her help and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great physiotherapist.”Read moreShow less

“I've been seeing Paige (physio) and Brennan (RMT) for over a year now and I have nothing but great things to say for each. I've trialed many physios and RMTs around the city with disappointment, so I'm very grateful to have found these two! I was hesitant to provide a review, because I don't want them to book up and not be able to get a spot.. Paige has helped me out with numerous issues over the past year: shoulder disfunction/weakness, scar tissue and tension in my elbow, and glute strengthening. She's a fantastic problem solver - great at taking my obscure issues, figuring out what's going on, then providing a solid treatment plan. She's also great with various treatments. Brennan has an innate awareness of the human body that's backed by his skills. Not only can he notice the tiny tight muscle that's been tormenting me, but he has the abilities to relieve them. The best part, they work next to each other and join forces to provide me the best joint treatment I could ask for.”Read moreShow less

“Paige is an excellent physio who helped me a lot when I had a serious ankle injury. She is knowledgeable and meets people where they are at. I would recommend her to anyone who needs help recovering from an injury and generally reducing their chronic pain. I also see Victor for massage therapy and he is excellent and a kind and thoughtful person. I appreciate the effort he makes into making me feel safe and comfortable as a client.”Read moreShow less

“Dr. Nicholas Russell helped reduce my office work related neck pain in a reasonably short time (2-3 weeks) His treatments were highly effective for several reasons: 1) He is mentally present - he listens to details (things I say, things I feel while receiving treatment) and revisits them on follow ups. 2) He handed me off within the same appointment for 10 min to a kinesiologist who gave me feedback on my body form for rehabilitative exercises - very strong value for money. 3) He kept his explanations simple so his advice had effect, and he worked hard physically during adjustment sessions. Each reason alone is rare enough for return business - from him, I had all three. I am grateful for his service and recommend him to others with office neck pain.”Read moreShow less

“I had an excellent experience with James Goodfellow at Couve on Broadway. I came in for treatment a couple of days ago, and from start to finish, the care was professional, thorough, and genuinely helpful. James took the time to really understand what was going on with my body, asked the right questions, and explained everything clearly so I felt comfortable and confident in the treatment plan. His approach felt very tailored—not rushed or one-size-fits-all—which made a big difference. The adjustment itself was effective, and I left feeling noticeably better with improved mobility and less tension. He also gave practical advice and tips to help maintain the results, which I really appreciated. Overall, highly recommend James if you’re looking for a knowledgeable, attentive chiropractor who actually listens and delivers results.”Read moreShow less

“If you are looking for an experienced massage therapist, look no further than David Twomey. I arrived at my appointment feeling incredibly stiff; I had so much tightness and was really lacking mobility. Mr David Twomey was wonderful—his experience truly shines through in his technique. He knew exactly how to release the tension. I honestly left the studio feeling like a brand new person. Thank you for the relief! Mr. David Twomey”Read moreShow less
