Jessie Fortin – M.A.Ps., L. Psych. Psychologist Jessie Fortin graduated from the Université de Moncton in 2012 with a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology. In her private practice, Mrs. Fortin provides therapy and assessments services to children and adolescents suffering from various issues (e.g. anxiety disorders, ADHD, mood disturbances, self-harm, disruptive behaviours). She also works with the parents to help them strengthen their parenting competencies. Mrs. Fortin also offers therapy to adults dealing with issues such as, but not limited to: anxiety, mood related disorders, personality disorders, etc. Having completed an internship with the Correctional Services of Canada in 2011, Mrs. Fortin is also currently employed as a clinical psychologist with CSC where she provides assessment and treatment services to mentally ill offenders admitted to a forensic treatment centre within the federal prison system. As part of her private practice, Mrs. Fortin has also been working with post-secondary students at the Mount Allison University. Here she offered treatments to students dealing with issues such as, but not limited to: anxiety, mood-related disorders, adjustment disorders, grief, obsessive-compulsive disorders, self-harm, and personality disorders. Population served: Children Adolescents Adults Mrs. Fortin provides services in both French and English.
