“Called the clinic after sending an email and no reply - I had the most awful service from the reception desk. Refusing clients should not be met with blatant carelessness and disregard, certainly when dealing with people who are at their lowest. For whoever needs mental health treatment, I suggest calling another clinic.”

“Their website asks you to give them your name, contact info, the issue your currently dealing with to book an appointment. To then get a reply that says, “psychologists at this clinic are not currently accepting new clients into their practices nor do they keep a wait list.” Tip: If you are not taking new clients the website should reflect that information to avoid wasting peoples time and also from people disclosing their issues to people who are basically too busy to help.”
