I have a special passion for treating rotator cuff/shoulder injuries (I’ve had 2 major shoulder surgeries). On a personal note, I find joy in combat sports and martial arts. Jiu-jitsu and Muay Thai are my go-to's! I also played volleyball at the collegiate level. Here's a nugget of wellness advice from me: "Don't compare yourself to others!"
