Jennifer Arnold, RMT
Jennifer has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2011 and is passionate about helping clients reduce pain, restore function, and return to the activities they enjoy. She provides evidence-informed therapeutic massage tailored to each individual's needs, whether recovering from an injury, managing a chronic condition, or seeking relief from muscle tension and joint pain.
Her treatment approach incorporates a variety of techniques, including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, therapeutic massage, myofascial cupping, Gua Sha, and massage therapy tools to address pain, improve mobility, and support rehabilitation.
Jennifer has extensive experience working with clients recovering from motor vehicle accidents and other injuries and is well-versed in the procedures and documentation required for Motor Vehicle Insurance claims. She also has experience treating chronic pain, joint pain, whiplash-associated disorders, frozen shoulder, arthritis, and individuals living with chronic health conditions such as diabetes and hypertension.
Jennifer believes that education is an important part of the healing process. She takes the time to listen to her clients, explain their treatment options, and develop individualized care plans that support their goals. Her focus is on providing compassionate, hands-on care that helps clients move better, feel better, and get back to doing what they love.
