“From the immediate response I received from Karen (outstanding customer service) to book my initial appointment and then the time and attention spent with Andrew to discuss, understand and create a treatment plan for my issue, I knew that Platinum Physio was the right choice! AND they are completely 100% local and independently owned and operated (by three school colleagues) which for me, means I did not feel like a "billable appointment time and just a number" to them. I wanted to thank Andrew and Platinum Physio once again for there great customer service. I have been wearing a donjoy knee brace now for a few months and i lost a screw in the knee brace. Andrew had me set up with an appointment and Joe the Don joy rep came and took a screw out of his sample and got me up and running again .
