About Jennifer

Jennifer is a Registered Massage Therapist, graduated from Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy. She also holds an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology from Wilfrid Laurier University with a concentration in Athletic Performance and Injury Management. Jennifer was a member of Laurier’s Women’s Varsity soccer team from 2018-2022 and the women’s flag football team during her undergraduate degree. As a former varsity soccer player, Jennifer’s personal experience with injury rehabilitation ignited her passion for helping people of all ages overcome injuries and enhance their overall wellness. Her treatment approach is rooted in evidence-based techniques and personalized care. She incorporates methods such as Swedish and myofascial techniques, dynamic release, trigger point therapy, therapeutic exercise prescription, and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) stretching. Jennifer believes that massage therapy, combined with patient education and exercise, plays a vital role in supporting a pain-free and functional lifestyle. Outside of the clinic, Jennifer enjoys baking, spending time outdoors, and exploring new places.
