“I can't recommend this clinic enough! From the moment you walk in, everyone is friendly, welcoming, and professional. The care I've received has been outstanding. Casey and Trevor are both incredible. They're knowledgeable, compassionate, and take the time to understand your concerns and create a treatment plan that works for you. They explain everything clearly, make you feel comfortable, and genuinely care about helping you recover and get back to feeling your best.”Read moreShow less

“This is going to be a long one, but I have a lot to say about Dr. Trevor and couldn't leave without writing a proper review. I've seen several chiropractors over the past few years, and hands down he's easily the best I've worked with. I came to him for shoulder pain from a motorbike fall, and after a year of physio, other chiros, and RMTs, I still had pain in the shoulder and it felt quite weak. Within only a few weeks of seeing him and actually sticking to the routine he gave me, I started feeling stronger than I had in a long time. My range of motion has improved so much, and I no longer deal with the headaches or pain that used to come from my shoulder, neck, and back. I went from doing a single pull-up to doing 3 sets of 5 to 6. He treats holistically and not just the symptoms. He looked at my overall posture and focused a lot on building strength in my upper back, which made a huge difference. For me it was progressively building strength in my rotator cuff, not just random adjustments session to session. That's another thing that sets him apart. I've had chiropractors who see you for 5 minutes, adjust you, and charge you for a full 30 minute session. Dr. Trevor is the opposite. You get his full attention, he takes detailed notes, and he actually remembers your history and progress instead of treating you like you're just there for a quick adjustment. His care is also just really comprehensive: deep tissue massage, alignments, acupuncture, all of it. There's a gym on site too, so he's been able to walk me through strength training exercises I could keep doing on my own. And he's genuinely generous with his time, happy to answer any questions over text even after the appointment. Obviously you still have to put in the work yourself, but I haven't felt this strong or this good about my posture in years. My range of motion has been at its best it has been in years. Highly recommend if you're looking for someone who actually treats the root issue instead of just managing symptoms.”Read moreShow less

“I’ve had an outstanding experience at this physio clinic. Casey is a true sports physio who genuinely understands athletes, not just injury rehab, but performance, return-to-play, and the demands of high-level sport. After knee surgery, he handled everything from structured rehab programming to communicating directly with my surgeon and coordinating with my professional club’s medical staff. That level of care and attention is something you don’t find at typical clinics. All sessions are 1-on-1, focused, and tailored to my specific needs as an athlete. The rehab programs are well thought out, progressive, and focus on real performance on the field.”Read moreShow less

“As a male gymnast, getting back to full strength after an injury is a massive challenge, but the team here has been incredible. It’s clear they genuinely want what’s best for their patients. They've been instrumental in my shoulder recovery, helping me advance much faster than I expected. Overall, it’s been a great experience, and I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-tier care.”Read moreShow less

“As a mens national-level gymnast, I’ve dealt with my fair share of injuries, and my recent rotator cuff and ankle issues were seriously impacting my training. From the first session, Casey stood out with his deep understanding of sports-specific demands and the unique stresses gymnastics places on the body. He took the time to properly assess not just the injuries themselves, but also how they were affecting my movement patterns and performance. Casey also helped me after having wrist surgery, with getting my mobility and strength back to normal within a couple sessions. What really sets this place apart is the environment. The clinic is extremely friendly and welcoming, right away you feel comfortable and supported. Casey creates a positive, encouraging atmosphere that makes a huge difference when you’re working through injuries.”Read moreShow less

“I can’t say enough good things about Technical Touch Performance and Sport Rehab, and especially Casey. I first met Casey in August 2024 after realizing something wasn’t right with my shoulder. He immediately took it seriously and encouraged me to get imaging. When I hit roadblocks trying to see my family physician, Casey stepped in and connected me directly with a sports medicine doctor. That support made all the difference. I was quickly diagnosed with a calcium deposit in my rotator cuff and able to start the right treatment. Casey was there every step of the way, working with me before, during, and after the procedure to make sure I recovered properly. More recently, I was in a ski accident that resulted in a complete ACL and MCL rupture. Casey was the very first person I called. Even though I’m still early in recovery, I’m confident I wouldn’t be getting through this the way I am without his guidance. What really sets Casey apart is that he doesn’t just focus on the physical side of rehab - he understands the mental and emotional toll injuries take. He helped connect me with an excellent surgeon, checks in regularly, and is always available to answer questions or talk through concerns. That level of care and commitment is rare. If you’re dealing with an injury and want someone knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in your recovery, I highly recommend Technical Touch Performance and Sport Rehab.”Read moreShow less
