Jeffrey earned his Master of Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia. His interest in rehabilitation sciences began during his youth, as he navigated numerous sports-related injuries. These experiences inspired him to pursue a career dedicated to helping others regain strength, mobility, and confidence. During his studies, Jeffrey gained valuable experience working in diverse clinical settings, including with athletes, individuals managing chronic neurological and musculoskeletal conditions, post-surgical patients, and more. He employs an evidence-based approach to treatment, combining education, exercise prescription, and manual therapy. Jeffrey has also achieved his Level 1 Orthopedic Certification with the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. Committed to personalized care, Jeffrey collaborates closely with each patient to develop treatment plans tailored to their specific goals. He strives to empower his patients by guiding them through their rehabilitation journey and equipping them with knowledge to better understand their recovery. His ultimate goal is to help patients return to the activities they love with confidence. Outside the clinic, Jeffrey stays active through running, weight training, and playing sports such as ultimate frisbee, bouldering, hockey, volleyball, basketball, and skiing. In his downtime, he enjoys exploring new cafes, playing video games, and watching hockey and football. Jeffrey is fluent in English and Cantonese.
