With over a decade of experience in wellness entrepreneurship, Jazmine brings a seasoned perspective to her practice as a Registered Massage Therapist. She is dedicated to providing a grounded space where care is both purposeful and deeply restorative. A graduate of Sutherland-Chan (2025), Jazmine’s clinical foundation includes hospital-based rotations at Sunnybrook’s high-risk pregnancy unit, Toronto General Hospital, and Lyndhurst Rehabilitation, as well as experience in Sutherland-Chan’s perinatal clinic. She also has experience providing scar tissue release for top surgery clients within the community. Jazmine’s client-centered approach is slow, focused, and collaborative, treating each client as an active partner in their own care. Her treatments are designed to help balance the nervous system while alleviating physical restrictions, helping clients reduce pain and move with greater comfort and resilience. By integrating various techniques such as Swedish massage, myofascial release, dynamic stretching, trigger point therapy, and reflexive techniques, she works with her clients to address the root causes of tension and support their long-term wellness goals. Jazmine is also a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Clinical Herbalist with certifications in yoga and birth/postpartum support. Her personal journey into parenthood inspired her to found Little Tree Wellness, a botanical wellness company focused on family health. As an RMT, Jazmine is dedicated to supporting individuals through all life stages, including infants, children, and parents.
