About Janvi
Janvi is a Certified Athletic Therapist and Registered Massage Therapist and has her Bachelors of Science Specializing in Kinesiology and Health Science. She has a great understanding of the human body, especially anatomy and biomechanics. She constantly strives to research and better her knowledge of the conditions she sets out to treat.
She has vast experience utilizing techniques such as deep tissue therapy, Swedish massage, trigger point release, and joint mobilizations. She also uses her expertise in exercise/rehabilitation planning to help progress her clients further in their journey to returning to function. She has experience with many different acute injuries, chronic conditions, postural dysfunctions, TMJD, and pre/post-surgical clients.
Outside of the clinic, she is often seen working on the sideline with many youth and adult sports teams in Golf, Soccer, Field Hockey, Track and Field, Cross Country, Ice Hockey, Volleyball, and many more.
