“I’ve had such a positive experience with pelvic floor ttherapy at the Health Spot with Alex! After just my second appointment, I already began to feel some relief thanks to the personalized exercises I was given. The therapist explained everything clearly, made me feel comfortable, and gave me tools I could continue practicing at home. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism. “Absolutely the most amazing experience here at the Health Spot Family Wellness! The environment is extremely welcoming and clean. I Cannot say enough about the amazing owner Sabrina Zainul, I approached her about collaborating on a women's wellness & high tea event, WOW, I was blown away with the support I received from this wonderful soul. Sabrina sponsored my event "The Summer She Blooms" providing a beautiful space for 30 women to unburden, reflect and bloom. The Health Spot Family Wellness is truly a sacred space with a leader who inspires, encourages and stands firm in community- Sabrina thank you, so profoundly, for the gift of self reflection you gave by providing your well kept clinc. Also Sabrina's skills as a Doula are so needed and essential for post partum women - hosting this event took me away from my baby who is still breastfeeding. Sabrina was quick to identify a problem (I was engorged and suffering) I was having without me saying anything - she cared for me with utmost compassion and expertise. “Visited The health spot as I was interested in getting a massage. This was my first time EVER and I was very nervous, did not know what to expect. Thankfully the RMT Christina, was AMAZING. She talked me through the process and made me feel very comfortable. She is very knowledgeable and address some of my areas of concern. During the massage, she kept inquiring if I was okay. Checking in was effortless. Sabrina is very accommodating and also very knowledgeable. The environment was immaculate whilst the staff was very friendly and offered alot of great advise. “I had the most amazing massage with Christina at the Health Spot Family Wellness. She was very friendly and had an amazing personality. Her massage was immaculate. She used her body pressure to take out the knots from my back which is very different from what I’m used to. My back felt very loose and better after her massage. “I don't even know where to begin. First I would like to say the clinic is beautiful and immaculate. Sabrina was able to book me in with in even though I have such a crazy schedule. My first appointment was with Dr. Daina. She was incredible in just one session I had better range of motion in my neck. I also had a massage with Christina I almost cried it was perfect and exactly what I needed. If I could I would book an appointment everyday with her. Cant recommend this clinic enough!
