Jahnavi is a passionate and dedicated Physiotherapy Resident, set to complete my OCE by June 2026. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh, India. With clinical experience in musculoskeletal, paediatric, neuromuscular, and sports injury rehabilitation, she believes in a well-rounded and patient-focused approach to physiotherapy care. She believes in the power of therapeutic touch—what she fondly calls the “magical hands” of a physio—combined with evidence-based graduated exercise programs. Her treatment philosophy centres around patient empowerment, hands-on therapy, and personalized care that meets each individual’s goals and lifestyle. Outside of work, she leads an active life, Enjoying hiking, playing badminton, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, and cherishing quality time with friends and family.
