“Hands down the best place in Bolton for specialized treatments. I have to say, Dr. Bianca was excellent at diagnosing the problem and treating the root cause. “This is the most thoughtful healthcare clinic I have ever been to and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for any treatment from a clinic that has your well-being truly at heart. All the clinic staff are extremely professional, kind, communicative, and patient-centric. Front desk has constantly helped me coordinate my multiple appointments to manage my condition from an accident across multiple different healthcare providers and they are always on top of ensuring I am well-taken care of from day 1 and beyond. They are also very well-coordinated between the staff, ensuring continuity of care across appointments with different treatment providers. I would particularly like to thank Branden, who has helped me with restoring my physical range of motion and understanding instrumental work accommodations; Jas, for being an excellent teacher on the science behind concussions, teaching me important techniques to improve symptoms, and always advocating for my well-being; Odi and Deepeka, for their excellent relaxation therapies, empathy, and coordination with the physiotherapists at the clinic; and Ashley, for always ensuring the clinic and my appointments are organized. “I called this place two weeks ago to switch over my Physio from another clinic, I was told that I would get a call back a couple of business days later, Nobody called me, and then I called today, first the person picked up, then put me on hold and then hung up.. Then I called again and the person told me that they would call me in half an hour, and I didn’t get a call back.
