Ivan is a graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy. His interest in massage therapy grew from his own experience recovering from injury and seeing how hands-on care can support pain management and improved movement.
Ivan primarily treats conditions affecting the muscles, joints, and nervous system. He commonly works with clients experiencing back pain, neck and shoulder pain, chronic muscle tension, and symptoms related to motor vehicle accidents. His treatments are tailored to each individual and may include deep tissue techniques, trigger point release, and gentle joint decompression or traction, depending on the client’s needs and comfort.
Ivan has experience working with a diverse range of clients, including ICBC/Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) clients, athletes, youth, seniors, and individuals recovering from neurological injuries. When appropriate, he collaborates with or refers clients to other healthcare professionals to support their care.
Ivan is committed to ongoing professional development and regularly attends continuing education courses to continue refining his skills as an RMT. Outside the clinic, he enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, traveling to new destinations, discovering good food, and unwinding with action or comedy movies.
