Indy Takhar is a hardworking and motivated physiotherapist that is driven to exceed your physiotherapy expectations. After graduating in 2012, Indy has taken over 50 courses to better help her patients. She believes that it is essential to consider all three parts of a patient: mental, emotional and physical health. When combining all three and continuously assessing and reassessing a patient, amazing results occur. Indy treats from head to toe but has specializations in the hand and upper extremity, neurofunctional acupuncture and TMJ.
Outside of work, Indy enjoys being with her family and friends, hiking, cooking and traveling. She genuinely loves what she does and looks forward to helping you.
