“Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. The team is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about patient recovery. “I had carpal tunnel surgery in Nov 2025 and was looking for a hand physio program in Cambridge. I stumbled on Physio IT and WOW, what an amazing team! Indie assessed my needs. I worked with both her and Avery their OT. Now that I’ve done several mo Thai’s work with them I don’t need to have the surgery done on my right hand. “The customer service from a professional perspective is the absolute best I've experienced since moving to Cambridge 8 years ago. I searched a very long time and went through many clinics before finding this one. They are exceptional in their treatment, I feel like a new person whenever I see them. I have severe TMJ and this is the first place in my whole life of pain where I've gotten real answers and treatment that is helping me exactly how I need it. I started there for a broken thumb, they were amazing, and then for my TMJ, they have discussed things about my condition no one has ever bothered to investigate.
