Before stepping into the healing arts, Hilary spent a decade in global corporate environments and leadership roles. This experience enables her to meet clients with empathy and a grounded presence, particularly those who struggle with high-pressure environments, disconnection, and constant output. She continues to deepen her studies in psychosomatic therapeutic approaches, including Embodied Processing, Root Cause Therapy, and other neuro-somatic practices, which aim to explore the roots of trauma, anxiety, addiction, and ways to support truly embodied and integrated transformation.
