Henry is an RMT who graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy and is eager to put his knowledge to work for you. He believes in personalized treatment plans and tailors his approach using Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, neuromuscular techniques, and deep tissue massage (adjusted for your comfort level).
His goal? To help you feel your best! Henry is passionate about patient-centred care and will work with you to address your specific needs and goals.
In his free time, he enjoys staying active by weightlifting, dragon boating, spending time with loved ones, and soaking up the beautiful Vancouver sunshine (weather permitting!).
