Heather Walker is a dedicated and accomplished disability management professional with a wealth of experience in the field. With a career spanning over two decades, Heather has consistently demonstrated her expertise in claims management, early intervention, and functional rehabilitation. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) degree in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo with a minor in Human Resources Management. She is based in Ontario, Canada and currently acts as the Vice President of Claims, overseeing the departments managing life, living and disability claims. Heather leads with a vision for process development, creating efficient workflow, and excellent customer service. She leads with a passion for ongoing guidance and mentorship to growing teams of Case Managers, Adjudicators, Payment Coordinators, Claims & Appeals Specialists, and claims leaders.
