About Gayle
Gayle began her journey to help people create more ease and connection to their bodies in 2006 with a 200hr Hatha yoga teacher training. This and her love of nature enabled her to become a multisport guide/yoga teacher across the globe. Then
a profound experience with the healing powers of stillness and presence led Gayle to Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy. She completed a two year diploma program in 2012 with Body Intelligence and went on to set up a successful practise and teach assist subsequent trainings. Then inspired to learn more about our bodies and expand her scope of practise, Gayle went onto massage therapy school and graduated in May 2019. She now uses a combination of skills to help people reduce the effects of pain and stress, release held tensions and charges; and support and encourage more mobility, balance and connection.
