“I went to Gayle originally with an injury. She was able to really help with the healing process. Create movement in an otherwise “stuck” muscle contraction. However I didn’t know how much my nervous system would benefit from the session. At one point I felt like I was day dreaming and I had the best sleep in 6 months that evening. The mix of massage and Cranio has such healing benefit's. Gayle was right there giving space and listening to what my body needed. Highly recommend her.”
