Originally from Alliston, Ontario, he brings over 10 years of experience in competitive contact sports, including football and rugby. His athletic background led him into strength and conditioning, where he works one-on-one with athletes in volleyball, football, rugby, and track. Gabe specializes in developing strength, speed, and power, with advanced proficiency in Olympic lifts such as the snatch and clean & jerk. His passion for human performance inspired him to return to school to become a registered massage therapist. Outside of work, Gabe enjoys playing guitar, working out with friends, and competitive gaming.
