“If I could give more than five stars, I would. DTRC is hands down the best athletic therapy clinic in Sudbury. I’ve been with them for almost 10 years, and I truly can’t count how many times they’ve helped me get back on my feet. As a competitive athlete, injuries are unfortunately part of the journey — but every single time, they’ve had me recovering faster than I ever expected. Their knowledge, skill, and attention to detail are unmatched. No matter who you see, you’re in incredible hands. Every therapist there is not only exceptional at what they do, but they are genuinely amazing people. What really sets DTRC apart is how they treat you like family. They take the time to listen, to care, and to create a plan that makes you feel confident and supported. You can truly feel how much they want to help you get better — and that makes all the difference. And of course, Hartley is the cherry on top — the best dog ever. “I cannot recommend Lauren enough for pain management concerns. I have been dealing with chronic pain for years that I’ve always treated the same way, resulting in temporary relief and believing that was the best I could expect at this time. Lauren was so incredibly knowledgeable and empathetic - it was very clear that she wants permenant results for her patients that resolve a problem, not temporary results that require consistent follow up visits. She actively listened to my story, provided so much education to explain where the pain comes from and therefore was able to create a legitimate plan to make me pain free. One session of trigger point injections gave me the relief of a month of extremely painful deep tissue massages and I had never even known about this treatment as an option before meeting Lauren.”Read moreShow less

“I highly recommend this physiotherapy center! The whole team is professional, customer-oriented, and genuinely caring. The space is clean, welcoming, and well-organized, and everyone is approachable and kind. I’ve tried several of their services — the chiropractic care, where the doctor was extremely helpful and enthusiastic, and the physiotherapy, where the therapist took her time during the assessment and was very thorough and professional. But my favorite experience has been the massage therapy with Kennedi Cashmore. I’ve had massages in many countries, but she is truly exceptional. She has a deep understanding of trigger points and provides highly effective treatments. She also offers face massage, which is absolutely perfect and incredibly relaxing.”Read moreShow less

“I see Madi (massage therapy) and Lauren (nurse practitioner, trigger point injection therapy) regularly. I am not exaggerating when I say their treatment has been lifechanging. I have had chronic pain from surgery/injury for more than a decade, and after their combined treatments I am at a level of recovery and relief that I have never experienced before. They are both extremely professional and kind, and are some of the most knowledgeable and skilled practitioners in their fields. They take so much time to get to know their patients, listen carefully to tailor treatments to your unique needs, and are realistic and honest about what you need for recovery.
