About Eden
Eden is a Calgary-born physiotherapist with a strong foundation in movement, rehabilitation, and patient-centred care. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Calgary in 2022, followed by her Master of Physical Therapy at the University of Western Ontario in 2025. Her education and clinical training have shaped an evidence-informed, personalized approach to helping people recover, move well, and return to the activities that matter most to them. Eden has a special interest in sports-related injuries, neurological rehabilitation, and post-concussion syndrome. She treats a wide range of conditions including musculoskeletal injuries such as strains, sprains, and tendinopathy, as well as sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, recovery after motor vehicle accidents, and concussion care. She is passionate about supporting clients through every stage of recovery with treatment that is tailored to their individual goals. Her approach is rooted in patient-centred listening, clear communication, and collaborative problem-solving. Eden combines manual therapy and exercise-based treatment to help clients better understand their bodies and feel empowered in their recovery. She is also excited to continue expanding her skills, with particular interest in dry needling and vestibular physiotherapy. Eden joined Elevate because of its commitment to dedicated, one-on-one care and its personalized, collaborative approach to rehabilitation. She is passionate about making a meaningful difference for a wide variety of clients, from athletic populations to those managing neurological conditions and polytrauma. Outside the clinic, Eden loves anything outdoors. You can often find her hiking in the mountains, running, reading a new book, or playing soccer, spikeball, or pickleball with friends. If Eden were an ice cream flavour, think of her as Neapolitan: one part active drive (strawberry), one part caring professional (chocolate), and a third part that’s purely about collaboration and making things work together (vanilla). She has a knack for pulling those elements together to help others perform at their best.
