About Govender
Dre has been a massage therapist for 11 years now and over time she has spent in her practice she has cultivated a mechanics based treatment style to alleviate pain and restore function back into the body. Moving away from a traditional oil based massage, her clinical based treatments include a full body assessment on posture and movement, with a special focus on the spinal organ to integrate the nervous system with the rest of the body.
She has years of experience working with conditions like: acute and chronic herniated discs, migraines, bloating, indigestion, carpal tunnel syndrome, rib ailments, TMD. Dre also has a lot of experience and special interest in working with female pelvic health issues and pre and postnatal treatments.
