Amy’s good. She actually listens instead of giving me the standard physio script and a sheet of exercises I'll never do consistently. Identifies the problem spot(s) quick and talks through what, why, and how, while sorting it out. If you train hard and your body keeps inventing new ways to slow you down, she’s worth seeing.

I did pelvic floor therapy with Emily to prepare for the birth of my first child. She was always so professional and made both myself and my husband feel very comfortable every step of the way. I went into labour with minimal fear because I was so confident after all the work we did. An amazing experience and I would recommend her to all of my friends!

★★★★★ I had an excellent experience with Dr. Socci. She is professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to thoroughly assess and explain everything in a clear and reassuring way. I never felt rushed during appointments, and she genuinely cares about her patients’ wellbeing and long-term health. The treatments were thoughtful, effective, and tailored to my needs. The clinic environment was also very welcoming and organized. I would highly recommend Dr. Socci to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate chiropractor.

Integra is intentionally misrepresenting OHIP regulations to trick patients into paying private fees for public services. I booked an appointment with the Skin Lab for a service covered by OHIP. Throughout the entire booking process, there was zero mention of a fee. Only after my appointment was "confirmed" was I suddenly prompted to enter credit card information. Finding this suspicious, I emailed to ask why my card was being requested since the service is publicly funded. Only then did they disclose a staggering $225 fee!! When I pushed back, they claimed I needed a family doctor referral for OHIP to cover it—otherwise, I had to pay out of pocket. This is a total scam. I walked into a walk-in clinic the same day and had the issue addressed on the spot for free, with no referral or requisition required. The lack of transparency is predatory. Had I not investigated the credit card prompt, I could have received the service and been billed $225 for care that is 100% publicly funded.

I had an emergency (for me) but I didn’t want to go the hospital. I was redirected from another place to Integra. Very friendly and helpful ladies on the reception made an appointment in 5 min. Dr. Ali Mahdi helped me to calm down and organized blood test and ultrasound the same day. Next day he called me and gave recommendations. Thank you very much!

I wanna start of by saying I reported Dr Anjori Pasricha to the CPSO due to my experience at this clinic. I know lots of people post one stars just to spite their doc or something, but this was a legit case of malpractice and a disgusting presentation of retaliatory behaviours from someone who is supposed to be a doctor . If you have an alternative option for a doctor - go there instead. First of all, I got the runaround - making an IUD insertion appointment 3 times because I kept showing up for my scheduled appointments and the doctor would not show! Taking time off work to go there and they just kept cancelling on me as I’m in the clinic waiting to be seen. Outrageous but not even why I’m writing this. I told the staff this was super unprofessional and I was not happy with this doctors behaviour. Eventually when I did finally go see her, she treated me poorly (I imagine as a result of me complaining to her staff about her no shows). She was unable to properly insert my IUD (inexperienced? don’t offer a service you don’t know how to do! These are people’s lives and health you are impacting!!) she kept inserting it and taking it out and reinserting (unsanitary) and when I was sobbing from the pain (mind you this was not my first IUD I know the pain to expect and this was much much worse) I finally asked her point blank if she was hurting me intentionally because I complained to her staff about her. She then feigned ignorance and claimed she would not hurt me on purpose, and proceeded to insert the IUD. Well - she had my IUD inserted way too low. I experienced unreal bleeding and cramping and was told this was normal, turns out an ultrasound proved this WASNT normal, and I had developed an ovarian cyst from the object being in the wrong spot. Ended up getting my old IUD removed and a new one inserted at SAFERSIX and had an amazing experience. No pain no bleeding. Because they did it right!!! If Pasricha has no haters, well, I must be dead. How can such an incompetent individual work as a doctor? Cannot show up for your own appointments (once is a fluke, but three times???) and cannot do your job. You should be ashamed of yourself. And to management - you have my information on file. You have neglected to reach out to me despite me requesting from your staff a minimum of 5 times for management to email me. I want compensation for the absurd hoops you made me jump through, just for me to end up miserable with poor medical care. I’d love to say at least the staff were helpful, but alas. Pasricha - you and I both know I cannot prove you hurt me on purpose, but we also both know that that is what you did. You are a petty woman, to hurt someone vulnerable in your care who is trusting your medical judgement. Incompetent and frankly disturbing. It is beyond disgusting to me that you are allowed to practice medicine. Shame. on. you.

Saw Rachel for physio for hand wrist pain. Within 8 weeks my wrist was completely healed, Rachel was attentive, patient and provided a comprehensive plan with progressively harder exercises to build strength as my wrist got better. Great experience and effective!

This 5 star review is for Dr.Pierce. She is clearly passionate about her profession. Treated me with respect and actually tried to figure out possible treatments. Nothing like my past experiences at this clinic where I could clearly see the annoyance or where this one time the doctor didn’t even have the audacity to turn around and look at me for the measly 10 mins appointment. Even ChatGPT has more empathy than actual humans. Dr. Pierce is the much needed glimmer of hope in this country’s extremely poorly managed system.

Dr. Ali Mahdi is an amazing doctor. He takes the time to truly listen to his patients before giving any medical advice and ensures that he has all the necessary information and reports before making an assessment. I really appreciate his thoughtful and careful approach. He is not only a great doctor but also a kind and compassionate human being who genuinely tries to understand his patients before providing guidance. Highly recommended!

I’ve been seeing Katya for almost a year and still go to her regularly. I came in with back pain and have seen real results — less pain, more flexibility, and much better overall comfort. She also helped me recover from a leg issue and was essentially my physiotherapist during that time. Katya is professional, attentive, and truly cares about her clients. The atmosphere and service are excellent. Also Kateryna speaks Ukrainian, Polish, and English, which can be very helpful. Highly recommend!!!
