About Vanessa
Dr. Vanessa is a graduate of the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, where she graduated
with summa cum laude distinction. She is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-
based care that is tailored to each patient's unique goals, helping people move better, feel better,
and return to the activities they enjoy.
Her treatment approach is multimodal, combining joint mobilizations and manipulations, soft
tissue therapy, acupuncture, cupping therapy, and personalized rehabilitative exercise programs
to help patients move better and feel stronger. She believes that effective care begins with
understanding each patient's concerns and creating individualized treatment plans that support
both symptom relief and long-term health.
Vanessa has a special clinical interest in perinatal and paediatric care. She is passionate about
supporting individuals throughout pregnancy and the postpartum period, as well as helping
infants, children, and adolescents thrive through compassionate, evidence-informed care. She is
committed to ongoing professional development and regularly pursues continuing education
courses focused on perinatal and pediatric care.
Whether treating acute injuries, persistent pain, or movement-related concerns, Vanessa strives
to empower her patients through education, collaboration, and treatments grounded in the latest
research.
Outside of the clinic, Vanessa enjoys staying active through running, playing soccer, and
spending time at the gym. When she's not on the move, you'll likely find her listening to
audiobooks, trying out new recipes in the kitchen, or spending time with her beloved dachshund, Ollie.
