“Sonia does an amazing job as an RMT. As a regular client, she always goes above and beyond to give a wonderful experience with either hot towels or hot stones. She is very accommodating as well and will book last minute appointments, if she has space. This is so hard to do with other massage therapists. I recommend SnugsNHugs.”

“I started coming here when my son was 2 years old. He is now 3.5 years old . He absolutely love the massages from Sonia. The first time he came to this place and got a massage from Sonia , he slept for 5 hours!!!! Sonia is so professional and a great massage therapist. I have tried quite a few massage places such as hand and stone, massage addict and etc -BUT was never satisfied. Sonia always applies the right pressure to the right pain points. Always ask and listens to the concerns . She is also so accommodating. I am able to come with my little one and have him in the crib while I get a massage. This really makes my life easier as I dont have to find someone to watch him while I go for a massage . She also has a play area so now my 3.5 year old plays there happily as I happily/peacefully get a massage. This is my place to go to for my entire family.”

“I had a very disappointing experience at this spa, primarily due to the attitude and behavior of the therapist, Sonia. From the moment we arrived, she was rude and condescending. Her first words to us were “take off your shoes and put on slippers,” yet there were no clean or properly presented slippers available—only a worn, dirty pair tucked behind a rack. Sonia began my daughter’s massage five minutes late and ended five minutes early. For what was supposed to be a 30-minute session, she only worked for about 20 minutes. This was my daughter’s first massage, and she was understandably nervous. Rather than helping her feel comfortable, Sonia made an inappropriate and unprofessional comment, saying to me, “Wow, she’s got a big hunchback already.” I was appalled by her lack of professionalism and compassion. The entire experience left us feeling extremely uncomfortable, and we couldn’t wait to leave. I would not recommend this place, especially for anyone bringing a child or first-time client.”
