Meet Dr. Tara Sloan, ND We’re so pleased to welcome Dr. Tara Sloan, ND back to Continuum! Many long-time clients will remember Tara as one of our very first naturopathic doctors in the early days of the clinic. Life, a move, and raising kids took her west of the city, but now that her children are older, things have come full circle. Tara is returning to Continuum, bringing with her even more experience and an innovative therapy that aligns beautifully with our approach: myoActivation®. With close to 20 years of clinical experience, Tara focuses on helping patients overcome chronic pain, injuries, migraines, and mobility challenges. After personally experiencing the transformative effects of myoActivation®, she trained directly under its founder, Dr. Greg Siren, MD, and became certified in the technique. This gentle needling therapy uses a unique assessment to identify hidden patterns of fascial tension, then releases them to reduce pain, restore movement, and improve the look and function of scars. Tara’s background in kinesiology, anatomy, and physiology makes myoActivation® a natural extension of her work, offering lasting results for those seeking: ✨ Relief from chronic or acute pain ✨ Improved movement and range of motion ✨ Treatment of scar tissue and myofascial dysfunction Alongside pain management, she continues to provide comprehensive naturopathic care for individuals and families, supporting whole-body wellness at every stage of life.
