Dr. Sonya Arrigo, ND is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor committed to supporting individuals and families through a compassionate, root-cause approach to health. She offers care that is both evidence-informed and deeply personalized, with a clinical focus on Family medicine, Pediatrics, and Chronic illness. Dr. Arrigo holds a Doctor of Naturopathy degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto. After completing training at CCNM in pediatrics she developed a passion for treating children using naturopathic medicine tools. Sonya focuses on identifying and treating the root causes of pediatric conditions, while equipping parents with the tools and education needed to support long-term health outcomes. She has additional training in PANS/PANDAS and frequently works with children experiencing complex chronic conditions, including Autism, ADHD, eczema, and persistent allergies. She also supports individuals and couples navigating preconception, fertility, and female hormonal imbalances. Known for her collaborative and empowering style, Dr. Arrigo takes time to educate and engage her patients in their own care. She frequently uses functional testing to uncover underlying imbalances and tailors her treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient. Her practice integrates clinical nutrition, lifestyle counseling, botanical medicine, Traditional Chinese medicine and other evidence-based therapies. Dr. Arrigo is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing her to serve a diverse community with warmth and accessibility. She welcomes patients of all ages and enjoys working with families to build strong foundations for lifelong wellness. Outside of clinical practice, Dr. Arrigo enjoys yoga, strength training, hiking, learning new languages, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
