Insight Naturopathic Clinic requires that all patients have a credit card on file for the purpose of virtual appointment billing, and in accordance with our cancellation policy.

We require a minimum of 48-hours notice of any cancellation or rescheduling. Any missed or cancelled appointment in which the clinic was not provided 48-hours notice, or a valid reason for late cancellation, will be charged 100% of the appointment fee , up to a maximum of $200 .

“My mom sees Dr. Mark Fontes. He’s a naturopathic doctor who specializes in supportive cancer care as well as other areas. My mom sees him regarding bladder cancer. He’s not only knowledgeable but he actually cares for his patients. He’s empathetic caring and understanding. The staff is wonderful as well. Victoria at the front desk is friendly, helpful and very good at her job. She gets back to messages and requests in a timely manner and is very efficient and pleasant to communicate with. Highly recommend Dr Fontes and this office.”
