My approach to healthcare combines the latest in evidence based therapy, exercise as medicine, and education, for the improvement, and maintenance of health, function, fitness, and performance.
I am as much a coach as anything else. Meaning my job is not only to help you feel better, its to teach you how to make yourself feel better as well!
A lifelong athlete, outdoorsman and adventure seeker, if I’m not working with a patient, you can probably find me in the gym, on a trail, or in the backcountry.
