We highly recommend when you are booking an initial assessment to also consider booking 2-3 follow up appointments with that provider on a day and time that suits you best. UNSURE OF WHAT TO BOOK?
Initial Assessment or Returning Client New Assessment is your starting point. If you have never been here before, select an Initial Assessment. If you are a returning client that has not been here for 3 months or you are coming for a new issue, select Returning Client New Assessment.
Follow-up appointments are booked with your provider to carry out your treatment plan. Longer appointment times allow for both manual therapy with a movement session.

“From the moment I walked in to connect it felt different. I’ve been struggling with an injury that has led to chronic pain for over a year. I’d been doing physio 3 times a week somewhere else. “I went here a couple years ago and received pretty broad instructions of what to do at home. After a month+ of physio here, it feel a little bit better but the problem got worse and continued to bother me up until I tried out a different physiotherapist who was actually able to precisely diagnose the problem.
