About Jesse

Dr. Jesse is an evidence-informed chiropractor who has called Ajax home for most of his life. With a background in kinesiology, he has a strong interest in movement, exercise rehabilitation, sports injuries, and ergonomics, and enjoys helping people move better, feel stronger, and get back to the activities that matter to them. His approach combines hands-on treatment, exercise, education, and practical lifestyle strategies, with particular interests in sports and workplace injuries, TMJ concerns, headaches and migraines, nerve-related pain, and movement-related problems. Jesse also enjoys helping patients understand how factors like work setup, daily habits, training, and movement patterns can contribute to how they feel. Jesse takes a personalized, patient-centred approach to care. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all or high-volume model, appointments are intentionally structured to provide the time needed to understand what is bothering you, work toward your individual goals, and adapt treatment as you progress. Most visits are approximately 30–45 minutes, allowing time for hands-on care, rehabilitation, education, and — perhaps most importantly — actually listening to the person attached to the sore body part. Outside the clinic, Jesse is usually playing hockey, spending time outdoors, or keeping up with family life — which has given him a very realistic appreciation for sore muscles, busy schedules, and the fact that nobody wants their rehab exercises to become a second job.
