“I've been seeing my chiropractor for over 2 years, and I can't recommend her enough! She is amazing, caring, and always takes the time to help me feel better whenever I'm in pain. What I appreciate most is that she always tries her best to fit me in for urgent appointments when I need care quickly. Her treatments have made a huge difference in my health and well-being. She is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about her patients. The entire office is welcoming, and Lisa is wonderful too—friendly, helpful, and always makes you feel comfortable. “Dr. Kelly is a magician! She is experienced and passionate about what she does- not to mention she handles with care. I always look forward to a trip to her office, anticipating the relief and leave feeling lighter. I have personally learned so much about my body and have also gained tips and tricks for healthier living outside of her office too. Lisa, who works the front desk is always a pleasure to see and is so consistently kind and upbeat as well- both in person and on the phone. Highly recommend. Don’t walk; run. “Stay away from this clinic- the owner Rebecca Scott is very unprofessional, discriminatory, and decides who she accepts as a patient to their clinic based on if you provide your credit card information over the phone or not. Due to extreme pain, after 6 weeks, I decided to call the clinic again and book another appointment and this time I provided the credit card details as well as shown in the image, however, they cancelled my appointment 3 and a half hours before my appointment time based on no reason. As the image clearly says- cancelled as per Dr S. Upon calling and talking to front desk, I was not provided any reason. After a week, I got the call back as I had sent multiple emails to them and asked for a reason to cancel my appointment, but never provided one. Never got any response after my last email from April 29, 2025. I have been very professional on the calls and emails, and I am still unsure of the reason for refusal of their services to me.”Read moreShow less

“Harwood Chiropractic Center is truly a gem! From the moment you walk in, the staff is warm, friendly, and accommodating, making each visit a pleasant experience. Clarity, the Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), is amazing at what she does – her expertise in massage therapy is unmatched, and she consistently provides incredible relief. Our entire family has been treated here, and every experience has been positive. Dr. Rebecca, in particular, deserves special mention. She worked wonders in treating my husband's sharp back pain. Thanks to her care, he found significant relief, something we are so grateful for. “For over 21 years Dr. Kelly has been fine tuning my bodies aches and pains. Through self inflicted strains, pulls or plain mismanagement to the increasing aches of aging and creeping arthritis, she has consistently provided me with timely relief. “In my experience when you find a medical practitioner that both listens to you, and helps you feel better, you will follow them to the ends of the earth – and that’s what I’ve been doing for the last 30 years with Dr. Kelly. While I’ve tried other chiropractors when traveling to see Dr. Kelly was not possible, in the end I’ve always chosen her because I have never found another chiropractor that includes soft tissue work as a part of their care plan, and understands my body as well as if not better than I do. When communicating to other chiropractors how well my body responds to soft tissue work and certain adjustments and then being told ‘you should book a massage then’, and I’ve been doing this for X amount of years and this is what works for me’ it just re affirms that Dr. Kelly truly cares about my wellbeing, does not put her needs above my own, and takes the time to get to know her patients instead of seeing them as a dollar sign.
