Dr. Jasmine Chagan is a chiropractor born and raised in the Lower Mainland. She completed her Bachelor of Arts in Developmental Psychology at the University of British Columbia before pursuing her Doctor of Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC), where she graduated with Magna Cum Laude Honours.
Dr. Jasmine takes an evidence-informed approach to care, combining chiropractic manipulation, mobilization, soft tissue therapy, custom orthotics, and active rehabilitation exercises with a strong focus on patient education. She focuses on treating acute and chronic neuromusculoskeletal conditions like neck pain, headaches, jaw/ TMJ pain, and posture-related concerns. In addition, Dr. Jasmine holds particular interest in pediatric, prenatal, and postnatal care, having pursued focused training in these areas during her time at CMCC.
Her philosophy centres on a proactive individualized approach to care, and prioritizes taking the time to understand each patient's mobility, recovery goals, and lifestyle. Appointments with Dr. Jasmine will focus on building long-term, patient-specific care programs designed to support lasting health in addition to treating short-term relief.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Jasmine enjoys baking and cooking, playing pickleball, travelling, and spending time with family.
