About Heather
Heather is a proficient licenced Naturopathic Doctor. She provides care for a wide range of concerns, including hormones, mental health, digestive health, sleep, fatigue, and chronic pain. Heather utilizes a comprehensive treatment approach by providing symptomatic relief and targeting the source of each concern. She uses evidence-based treatment options including clinical nutrition, supplementation, acupuncture, physical therapies, and lifestyle counselling. Prior to earning her Doctor of Naturopathy at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, she completed her Bachelor of Science Degree with a Major in Biology, and a double Minor in Psychology and Chemistry at Nipissing University in Northern Ontario. Heather continues to invest many hours in research and education, to provide the best quality care. She is currently studying to achieve her Ontario Prescribing License. Heather is a member of the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors, Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors, and is registered in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario. Outside of the clinic, Heather is venturesome and is always trying new things, like home renovations, golfing, and gardening. Heather enjoys staying active by hiking with her dog, cross-country skiing, biking, yoga, water skiing, and snowboarding.
