“I can’t speak highly enough about my experience with Jethro at COSIC. I’ve seen him now for 3 separate and unrelated issues and with all 3 I’ve had excellent results. Jethro spends time to diagnose the issue and then gives 2 or 3 exercises that you have to do to fix the problem. On all 3 occasions I’ve seen drastic improvements within a few weeks. Progressive exercises ensure the problem becomes significantly reduced. In my case eradicated. Jethro shows you how you fix your own issue - so you need to do the work. But it works. I’d seen another physio who was trying to manage my problem. Jethro at COSIC gave me the tools to fix it.”Read moreShow less
