About Elisa

Dr. Elisa Petricca is a family Chiropractor and Acupuncture provider with a special interest in pre and post natal care as well as paediatric care. She grew up in the suburbs of Toronto and was a competitive dancer for many years. She has always had a strong passion for movement and overall health and wellness. Dr. Elisa thoroughly enjoys the opportunity to make connections with all of her patients and provide them with the best quality of care. When not at the studio she spends her time practicing & teaching yoga, travelling outside the city and spending as much time as possible with family and friends. Dr. Elisa focuses on providing her patients with an individualized plan of care to address their needs and goals. Dr. Elisa has a special interest in working with women during and after pregnancy. Her continued education and training in the Webster Technique allows her to help pregnant mum’s find comfort during their pregnancy and maintain an active, healthy lifestyle. Dr. Elisa also focuses on paediatric care and addresses common concerns after birth including head positioning, feeding difficulties, colic and sleep to name a few. She truly loves working with little ones and their families in helping them navigate through this new and exciting time. Dr. Elisa’s Qualifications include: • Doctor of Chiropractic (Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College) • Medical Contemporary Acupuncture (McMaster University) • Webster Technique (prenatal care) & member of ICPA (International Chiropractic Paediatric Association) • PIPS Intraoral Technique (for the paediatric patient) • Certified Yoga Instructor (250 hours) & Yoga Mamas Postnatal Yoga Training • GrowCo Postnatal Rehab Certification • Specialized training in MPS Scar Release using the Dolphin Neurostim, to help release all types of scars including c-section scars
