“Very unprofessional, I called to get my hip adjusted today. I explained I had been seeing another chiropractor in Kelowna over the past year and had an adjustment with them yesterday but needed my hip popped back into place as it slipped out again last night and my regular Chiropracter wasn’t open over the weekend. Dr Nelson said I wasn’t a patient there. I said yes I am the last time I saw you was 2020. He said that I would be required to pay for a full exam as a new patient again which is close to $100. I explained that I didn’t have insurance coverage and cannot afford to pay as a new patient again. And he hung the phone up on me. Very rude and completely uncalled for as my spouse and I have been patients there for a year prior to switching to a different chiropractor. The chiropractor I’m going to now I hadn’t seen in 2 to 3 years and he took me back as a returning client and never charge me as a new patient so I’m not sure why Dr. Nelson felt that that was necessary on top of hanging up on me, especially since I’d been having regular chiropractic therapy. Having said that I would not recommend Dr. Nelson to anyone due to his attitude and unprofessional behaviour. 👎”

“Great clinic! I've had adjustments with Dr. Nelson for issues related to my lower back and shoulders. I'm a bit taller so I get a bit of pain in these areas but I always leave feeling much better, and with alot of relief. I definitely recommend seeing Dr. Nelson at West Kelowna Chiropractic.”

“I met Dr.Dwight W.D Nelson about 8 years ago after suffering a slip and fall an injury. I had been to many therapists who misdiagnosed my injury for years and spent thousands of dollars for treatments that didn't work. Dr. Nelson found the root of the problem and within a relatively short period of time I was finally pain free. He taught me that regular maintenance can really make a huge difference in the way I feel so...I get my regular "tune-up" on a monthly basis and life is great!
