“I had nasty back pain and went in twice to get decompression done. The second time I had to wait 20 minutes and a girl comes out and said thank you for squeezing me in. I also found the doctor unprofessional drinking and walking around with a coffee cup while trainees assisted me. Go to Orchard now and find them very professional and on time.”Read moreShow less

“David has been my chiropractor for almost a year now and I'm very satisfied with his service! He's super thorough. David uses a massage device to loosen up the muscles, and stretches my spine and shoulder blades with his hands. Then he does a full adjustment of the hips, spine, and neck. Overall the adjustment takes 15mins, which is really nice because he takes the time to ensure you get the best adjustment possible and you feel like your money is well spent. I'm also very grateful to David and Sharon for being so accommodating with my little girl. When she was a newborn I would bring her in in her car seat. But now that she's older and has outgrown her car seat, Sharon holds her and gives her tours of the office during my appointment. It's so nice having a chiropractor and receptionist that I trust with my little girl, so I can book an appointment anytime without having to coordinate with my husband or a babysitter. “Super amazing!!! I dont usually give great review unless they are very good that makes me feel bad not to post a review. The receptionist lady is the nicest receptionist I have ever met. Dr. David is very nice, low-key and humble. He is also informative and knowledgeable. I am happy and will be looking forward to have my treatment with Dr.David. “Woke up the other day and couldn’t move my neck from side to side and was in excruciating pain. My husband put his back out a few weeks prior and saw Dr Nelson and told me to call him, reluctantly (after not having good experiences with chiro in the past) I called; and Dr Nelson got me in right away. He explained what was going on with my spine and adjusted me. Miraculously I walked out of there able to move my neck but still had a bit of pain, two days later I wake up and went for another adjustment and feel like a new person. I had pain I wasn’t even acknowledging and he pin pointed problem areas and was able to completely rid me of the pain I was experiencing. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him to anyone, he is very friendly and professional and REALLY knows his stuff. I also appreciated how thorough he was & how he explained things to me, I get overwhelmed easy and this took a lot of anxiety away. “Both Chiropractors are AMAZING! I went to see Dr. Mark Breemer for sciatica and a stiff, sore neck and in one 45-minute session, I felt better than I have in months. Two weeks later, my pain was acting up again before my scheduled appointment, so Dr. David Kole kindly took me a day early, at the last minute. I walked into the office barely able to walk and in a 15-minute session, my pain was completely gone and has remained that way days after treatment. Both Dr. Breemer and Dr. Kole really take the time to explain everything physiological to you, and are so happy to answer any questions. I sent my partner to Dr. Breemer as well, and his back is now feeling so much better. I highly recommend this clinic! “Very unprofessional, I called to get my hip adjusted today. I explained I had been seeing another chiropractor in Kelowna over the past year and had an adjustment with them yesterday but needed my hip popped back into place as it slipped out again last night and my regular Chiropracter wasn’t open over the weekend. Dr Nelson said I wasn’t a patient there. I said yes I am the last time I saw you was 2020. He said that I would be required to pay for a full exam as a new patient again which is close to $100. I explained that I didn’t have insurance coverage and cannot afford to pay as a new patient again. And he hung the phone up on me. Very rude and completely uncalled for as my spouse and I have been patients there for a year prior to switching to a different chiropractor. The chiropractor I’m going to now I hadn’t seen in 2 to 3 years and he took me back as a returning client and never charge me as a new patient so I’m not sure why Dr. Nelson felt that that was necessary on top of hanging up on me, especially since I’d been having regular chiropractic therapy. Having said that I would not recommend Dr. Nelson to anyone due to his attitude and unprofessional behaviour. 👎”Read moreShow less
