About Caleb

Dr. Caleb Beland earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Laurentian University, where he competed in varsity cross country and track, before graduating from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. His background in running and athletics fostered a strong interest in human movement, running mechanics, gait assessment, and the treatment of musculoskeletal injuries in active individuals. Dr. Caleb utilizes spinal manipulation, joint mobilization, soft tissue therapy, instrument-assisted soft tissue therapy (IASTM), acupuncture, exercise-based rehabilitation, and comprehensive running assessments to help patients recover from injury, move better, and stay active. As a competitive runner and founder of Brightside Endurance, he has a special interest in helping runners improve their form, prevent injuries, and achieve their performance goals. Proud to serve the Oakville community, Dr. Caleb enjoys working with individuals of all ages and activity levels, helping them return to the activities they love.
