Dr. Alexia Grelson, Chiropractor
Alexia believes chiropractic care should start with the person, not just the part that hurts.
Her approach is thoughtful, intuitive, and individualized, with a gentler style of care that meets people where they are. She takes the time to understand how your body is moving, what may be contributing to how you’re feeling, and what you’d like to be able to do more comfortably.
Alexia works with people across all ages and stages of life, from athletes and active adults to parents, babies, and growing families. She has a particular interest in supporting people experiencing headaches, persistent pain, and musculoskeletal concerns, as well as those navigating the physical changes that come with pregnancy and postpartum.
With additional training in prenatal and cranial approaches, Alexia is able to draw from a variety of techniques and adapt treatment for different bodies, different stages of life, and different comfort levels. Her cranial work is a natural extension of the intuitive way she practises, giving her another way to explore tension, movement, and how the body is responding as a whole.
Treatment is never one size fits all. Alexia takes the time to listen, assess what is happening, and create a plan that makes sense for you. Depending on your needs, care may include chiropractic techniques, cranial approaches, hands on treatment, movement, education, and strategies you can take with you beyond the treatment room. Alexia’s goal is to help you feel supported and confident along the way.
