“Holistik Health is where I go to reset my body and mind. I’m a long-time client of Liz and acupuncture with her is absolutely magical. She uses so many techniques in her practice to ensure I leave feeling supported, relaxed, and rejuvenated. My RMT is Sumitra and while I may walk in tense and in knots, I walk out feeling like a noodle, completely relaxed.
