Don is a Registered Massage Therapist who lives an active lifestyle with a passion for helping others. This has led Don to pursue a career in massage therapy, graduating from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy, after obtaining a Diploma of Kinesiology. Don utilizes a variety of techniques such as myofascial, deep tissue, and trigger point therapy to best help achieve client goals.
With years of experience in a variety of sports, including basketball, volleyball, track and field, and ultimate frisbee, he stays active and engaged. In his free time, he loves hitting the slopes and snowboarding, paddleboarding, Muay Thai, and working out.
With his knowledge and passion for living a balanced and active lifestyle, he strives to help his patients understand their bodies, help them move better and improve their quality of life.
