I am a licensed therapist practicing EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Play Therapy and I work with children, youth and adults. I have experience working with clients struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship difficulties. I work with you to identify the roots of the symptoms you are currently experiencing and make a plan for strategies that may be helpful for you. I strive to better understand your emotions and experiences so I can offer you strategies which may be beneficial for your unique situation. I have specialized training in EMDR to process traumatic memories and experiences. I offer solution focused counseling which includes manageable strategies for you to implement right now. I also offer play therapy for young children to allow them to express what may be impacting them in their day to day lives. My goal is to help you process experiences and implement strategies so you can start feeling yourself again. I hope to support clients through a holistic approach of cognitive and lifestyle changes to bring joy back into their lives.
