About Deborah

Deborah Coburn is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and former Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors for The Registered Massage Therapists of Ontario. She is also a proud owner of Pure Massage & Holistic Therapies, a multi-disciplinary clinic. Her holistic approach to healing stems from her Aboriginal Metis upbringing, emphasizing the balance between the mind, body and spirit. Deborah treats various conditions, from sports-related injuries to chronic conditions and postural imbalances. Her massage treatments include myofascial release, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular techniques, and traditional Swedish massage. As an advocate for continuing education, she has recently completed certificates in Concussion: Prevention, Detection, and Management from the University of Calgary and Trauma-Informed Care (TIC) from Alberta Health Services, which she uses to enhance the care she provides to her clients.
