“I booked a Deep tissue massage with Keri. I arrived 15min early. The location was small but clean. Nobody who worked here made eye contact with me or said anything to acknowledge me or manage expectations. A few customers were dealt with ahead of me and cleanup was happening between treatments. But seriously? Staff walked by me and avoided eye contact completely. As we got closer to my appointment time (T-minus 3 minutes) with noone acknowledging me, I was very tempted to leave, but obviously didn't. The massage itself was good and I didnt "lose" any time from being checked in at the front desk at exactly my start time. I was very comfortable and the treatment went well overall with a clearly skilled RMT.”Read moreShow less

“I am writing to formally submit a complaint regarding my recent visit to your massage salon. I had an appointment with an osteopath named **Hassan**. During the session, he performed what he described as a **deep / sports massage**, which included **very strong pressure directly on my spine, forceful stretching, and manipulation of my neck, thoracic spine, and lower back**. I want to emphasize that **such techniques are contraindicated and unsafe in osteopathic treatment**, especially without proper medical assessment, explanation, and informed consent. Immediately after the session, I began experiencing serious symptoms, including: * severe pain in my **neck, thoracic spine, and lower back** * **inability to sleep due to pain** * **panic attacks triggered by the intensity of the pain** These symptoms **were not present prior to the appointment** and started directly after the treatment. Due to the negative impact on my health and well-being, I am requesting: 1. **A full refund of the amount paid for this visit** 2. **An opportunity to speak with the salon manager** regarding this matter I hope this issue can be resolved professionally and promptly.
