I have been under the care of Dalen since 2015, where he provided treatment for sciatica. Dalen used IMS to successfully resolve a very painful condition. He communicates and explains matters well (and has a good disposition throughout). He works cooperatively with the patient for aggressive and conservative treatment (knows how to ramp it up as needed). We have had recurring situations, years apart, and he has been able to sustain the successful treatment of muscular sciatica. In 2026, I had rotator cuff surgery, and we worked together very successfully to obtain full range of motion. He is well-versed in anatomy and provides options for treatment.
